St Nic's scientists parade at the Bromham Carnival

We have been learning about Joseph Priestley and the discovery of oxygen at Bowood House 250 years ago.

In honour of the local scientist who made the discovery of oxygen, children, parents and school staff dressed up as real and more imaginative scientists to join in the fun in the Bromham Carnival parade. The 'scientists' were joined, and greeted fondly, by former pupils along the way while experiments fizzed amid the excitement of the carnival.  Thanks to everyone who joined in with our school float or others to make the event a success.
